浅谈大学生自救能力的培养

＂自救＂一词主要适用于两个方面：自然灾害发生时个体的避难和逃生的自救,以及个体出现心理问题时的自我心理调节。＂自救＂还可引申为大学生全面发展应该具备的能力,即自救能力。这种能力主要体现为价值观自救能力、心里自救能力和行为自救能力。

On the Cultivation of College Student's Self-Rescue Capacity

The term ＂self-rescure＂ is originally applied to two aspects：self-rescure needed when natural disaster occurs and when someone has psychological problems.＂Self-rescure＂ is regarded as the capacity which the fully-developed college students should have and it is called self-rescure capacity.It is mainly manifested as the self-rescure capacity of values,the psychological self-rescure capacity and the behavioural self-rescure capacity.
