基于资源环境视角的经济可持续发展研究

当前．资源和环境在很大程度上已经严重阻碍了我国社会经济的可持续发展。我国资源环境的现状及存在的问题需要人们正确认识资源环境对实现经济可持续发展的重要性。科学引导，全民动员，提升集约发展的节约效应，建立和发展资源节约型国民经济体系。建立和完善集约发展的激励约束机制，加快建设节约型社会，以实现资源利用、环境保护与经济可持续发展良性循环。

Sustainable Development of Economy Based on the Perspective of Resource Environment

At present, the resources and the environment have largely hindered China＇s sustainable development in social economy. The current situation of the resource environment in China and the existing problems require people to understand the importance of resource environment in achieving sustainable economic development. It is essential to do the following： with scientific guidance and national mobilization, promote the saving effect of intensive development; establish and develop a resource-saving national economic system; establish and improve incentive and restraint mechanisms of the intensive development; accelerate the development of a conservation-oriented society so as to achieve the positive cycle of resource utilization, environmental protection and sustainable economic development.
