| 摘 要： | 本文通过对近年来高校招生规模、毕业生就业形势及就业过程中出现的问题等进行深入的分析 ,结合就业中供给和需求的实际情况 ,提出高校就业工作必须转变传统观念、调整工作思路 ,重点在思想教育、就业指导和完善市场上采取新的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper, with a profound analysis of the enrolling scale of university students, employment circumstances and problems coming from employment in recent years, points out that, under the present situation of the job supplier and demander, the employment direction for college students must change its way. The main points are to take new measures in the ideological education, job guiding, career-life planning and perfecting market as well. |
