| 摘 要： | 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,农业科技园区在我国迅速兴起 ,成为我国农业现代化建设中的一种新的模式。农业科技园区的健康发展得益于一套完整的运行机制 ,即得益于农业科技园区的动力机制、生成机制、组织管理机制、技术选择与创新机制、人才集聚与培养机制、效应外溢机制等六大机制。认真探讨农业科技园区的运行机制 ,对于促进农业科技园区的健康发展 ,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s, the agricultural science and technology garden rises rapidly in our country, and become a kind of new mode in agricultural modernization construction of our country. The sound development of the agricultural science and technology garden benefits from a set of intact operating mechanism, namely benefit from the motive force mechanism of the agricultural science and technology garden, produce mechanism, organize mechanism of management, technology choose and gather and train mechanism, the mechanisms of effect overflowling, etc. is It is very important to Probe into the operating mechanism of the agricultural science and technology garden conscientiously for promoting the sound development of the agricultural science and technology garden. |
