| 摘 要： | 弗洛姆在其代表作《爱的艺术》和《为自己的人》中都阐发了真正的爱——成熟的爱的形态。弗洛姆认为，真正的爱是生产性的爱。生产性是弗洛姆性格学说的基本理论，而生产性和爱的结合则构成弗洛姆爱的理论的核心思想。他认为生产性是某种潜能的发挥，而生产性的爱则是爱的真正的本质，集中地体现在爱是给予，其形式是关心、责任、尊重和了解。
