| 摘 要： | 执政资源是党的建设的基础工程,关系到党执政地位巩固与否,是提高执政有效性的一个重要条件.新时期对执政资源的扩充提出了要求,巩固和扩充党的执政资源势在必行.本文通过分析党的执政资源扩充的必要性.具体提出了搞好权力资源建设、组织资源建设、历史资源建设、大力提高执政绩效等路径.
