转型期农村干群矛盾的特征分析

改革开放以来 ,中国社会进入了剧烈的转型期。由于社会转型、经济转轨 ,各种体制不配套 ,导致农村干群矛盾的发展呈现出阶段性特点。在不同的发展阶段 ,乡村干部与村民之间的矛盾都呈现出新的表现形式和特点。尽管农村干群矛盾出现了这些新的变化 ,但是 ,它仍然属于人民内部矛盾的范畴。只有科学地分析和定性新时期的农村干群矛盾 ,才能妥善地化解农村干群矛盾 ,促进社会稳定和发展。

An Analysis of the Traits of the Contradictions between the Cadres and the Masses in the Countryside during the Transitional Period of China

Since the reform and opening to the outside world, China has entered a dramatic transformational period. Because of its social and economical transformation and the missing links in its systems, the contradictions between the cadres and the masses in the countryside have different traits and forms at different stages but they are still within the contradictions among the people. Only through a scientific analysis and classification of their nature can we expect to solve these contradictions properly and to help stabilize and develop our socialist society.
