| Abstract: | Nowadays, engineering specialty in many normal colleges and universities are not competitive, as there are many problems existing in schoolmanaging mode, faculty members, social approbation, and practice teaching. Based on the fact, the author proposed some measures to solve the problems, so that the engineering specialty in the normal universities and colleges may get a sustainable development. |
