| 摘 要： | 为了深入认识金朝政治的特殊性，以由辽仕金的韩企先为研究对象．研究他在金初政坛被信任、重用．为相几二十年的政治作为与历史背景。把他在政坛上的成功概言为“隐者政治”。他的隐者政治是金初贵族政治与皇权政治夹缝中的产物，属于个人，也属于金朝社会，其影响深远。
