关于高校党风廉政建设的若干调查分析

调查表明,教职工对高校近年党风廉政建设成效虽有所肯定,但总体评价仍不高。构建校园全方位责任制体系势在必行,包括突出抓“一把手”,强化各级党政主要领导的责任意识;实行党风廉政建设与教学、科研和其他业务工作双目标管理;构建校内自上而下,含工作、结帐、情况报告、监督检查、考核奖惩、离任审计等制度在内的责任体系。还要强化监督、完善责任追究;重视预防为主、狠抓落实。

Investigations into the Construction of the Party Conduct and of an Honest and Clean Government in Tertiary Colleges

The investigations show that the teaching and administrative staff affi rm to some extent the achievements in the construction of the Party conduct an d of an honest and clean government in recent years,but the overall appraisal of these achievements is still not high.Therefore,the establishment of the all -directional campus responsibility system must be en-forced.This system include:enhancing the responsibility awareness of the Party and administration leaders at all levels,es-pecially"the first in command";practising the dual -objective man agement;building a series of system s from above to below in the college.In addition,more efforts must be directed to the supervis ion,prevention and implementation.
