| 摘 要： | 从经费保障、设备手段、人员素质等方面 ,论述了西部大开发战略中西部地区图书馆信息资源建设的现状 ,提出了加大经费投入、加快网络化与数字化建设、抢占“制高点”开发信息产品、建立复合型人才队伍等进一步开发西部地区图书馆信息资源建设的对策。

| Abstract: | The current situation of library information resources in the China's western region is elaborated from the aspects of the budget guarantee,equipments and means,and personnel quality.The author puts forward that the measures for developing the library information resources in the western region should be to increase budget investment,quicken netization and digitalization construction,occupy "the high point",develop new products,and set up comprehensive talent team. |
