| 摘 要： | 大学生面临“供需见面、双向选择”的就业环境时,受主客观因素的综合影响,便会呈现不良的就业择业危机心理。文章提出要加强大学生择业心理的分析,进行有针对性的引导,鼓励他们要凭借自身的优良素质,勇于参与公平竞争,从容选择自己的就业岗位,成为国家有用之才。

| Abstract: | When the university students face the employment situation, "the supply and need meet each other, two-way selection", affected by the subjective and objective factors, they will have unhealthy employment and crisis psychology. The article advances that we should strengthen analysis on university student's employment psychology, take intentional guidance, and encourage them to be brave in taking part in the fair competition with their superior qualities, then to choose the post deliberately and to be the talent of our country. |
