The New Curriculum Reform and the Humanization of School Management

To meet the needs of the new curriculum reform, school management must be humanized. The humanization of school management must first of all stick to the orientation of the values of the management of man; must attach importance to the needs of man and give encouragement in all matters; must give full consideration to teachers' characteristics in respect of the design of organization and making and performing the rules and regulations; and must combine training and self maintenance organically.
