论林森的治国理念

林森的建国理念以孙中山的三民主义为内核，并随时局变化而丰富发展。他一生坚持在和平奋斗中谋求自存共存，坚决捍卫国家独立主权，同时主张承担建设世界大同的责任。在实践中，他积极倡导推行地方自治建设，以实现法治民权；强调经济建设的重要性，以解决民生问题。尤为可贵的是，他已敏锐地看出，科学和教育是建设国家的基础，故极为重视教育对人才的培养，并以身作则支持科学和教育事业。

On Theory of Managing a state of Lin Sen

The theory of founding a state of Lin Sen centred on the Three People’s Principles of Sun Yat-sen and developed with the changing of the current political situation. He insisted on self-reliance and coexistence during the peaceful struggle and firmly defended the state’s independent and meantime claimed that China should undertake the obligation of building the world. In practice, he positively advocated the structure of the autonomy to bring about legality and civil rights and emphasized on the urgence of developing the economics to solve the problems of the people’s livelihood. He had especially keenly realized that science and education are the foundation of the state and therefore he thought highly of education and supported science and education.
