试论明代对官员的俸禄处罚

摘    要:本文对明代的俸禄处罚作了考察,认为明代的俸禄处罚运作的已较为规范。而且通过俸禄处罚,的确在一定程度上提高了官员的工作效率,改善了其行政不作为的工作态度,所以这一制度被清朝承袭,并加以完善。但由于明代官俸很低,实施俸禄处罚使得一些官员生活拮据,因此又导致了其趋向贪污和受贿,从而对明王朝的政治命运产生了重大影响。

Abstract:This text investigate the salary punishment of Ming Dynasty, think Ming Dynasty punish operates already norm. And pass the salary punishment, and really increased the official's work efficiency on a certain degreed, and improve the work attitude, therefore this system was inherit titled by Qing Dynasty, and take into perfect. But because the Ming Dynasty official emoluments is very low, difficult according to of officials live of make some of to behind of salary punish of practice the of and into, therefore again caused its incline to the corruption with take bribe, from but produced the important influenced to clear and dynastic and political destiny.
