信息化经营对四川农业抗旱避灾的作用

传统的抗旱技术立足于从水资源开发的角度来研究抗旱避灾,但基本上是属于劳动力密集型的“靠天救灾”,技术的含量较少。本文从农业信息化的角度出发,较为全面地阐述了四川农业干旱的状况、信息化在四川农业抗旱减灾中的作用、四川农业信息化的现状、四川农业抗旱减灾信息化建设的思路,以及正确处理信息化经营与传统抗旱技术的关系等方面的问题。

The Effect of Information Management on Drought Relief and Calamity Avoidance of Sichuan Agriculture
