熙丰党争,除了围绕新法具体内容而展开的争论外,还在"祖宗之法"、"义利"、"开源节流"等深层次问题上进行了辩论.王安石认为"祖宗之法不足守",而反对派则认为"祖宗之法不可变".从实践来看,变法派观点更符合实际,切实可行,但变革对象只是政策设施,而不是赵氏政权"维系防范的基本原则".王安石引用发挥<易>中的"利者义之和"观点,为理财制造舆论,而反对派则直接援引孔、孟的义利对立观点,批评和阻挠变法中的理财.在如何理财上,王安石主张节流但更强调开源,反对派则坚守节流反对开源.这三方面内容,层层深入,是两党争斗的理论依据.

Additional Remarks on Clique Debate In Song Shenzong Period

The clique deputes between Reform Party and Opposition Faction in Song Shenzong period, were displayed in such deep theories as the Ancestral Laws ,wealth and r ighteousness,and exploring source of revenue and reducing consumption,except con crete contents of reform,Wang Anshi,head of the Reform Party,thought the Ancestr al Laws were not observed, wealth and righteousness integrated,and exploring sour ce of revenue more stressed. But the Opposition Faction didn't thought so.Those p rionciples deepened layer upon layer,were base of two parties.
