我国粮食主产区发展农业产业化问题的探讨

实现农业产业化是现阶段农村经济发展的必然选择 ,是从根本上解决农业问题的必由之路。我国小农经济生产方式难以适应新的农业科技革命 ;粮食主产区农副产品流通受阻 ,农民收益没有保障 ;农业比较效益低 ,高产穷县问题严重 ;农业生产、加工、销售脱节 ,利益流失严重 ;农业经营分散 ,剩余劳动力转移不快。这些原因都要求发展农业产业化。当前我国粮食主产区农业科技进步水平、各级干部和群众对农业产业化的认识程度、农业产业化龙头企业的组织规模和带动能力、相关的法制建设不健全等因素制约着农业产业化的发展。要有针对性地制定相应对策 ,促进粮食主产区农业产业化和农村经济的全面发展

Theoretical Consideration.and Countenneasures on Agriculture Industrialization In the Main Grain-producing Areas

Fulfilling agriculture industralization is the inevitable choice of current rural economic development and is also the only way to solve agriculture problems.The mode of production of the small-scale peasant economy is hard to adapt new agriculture scientific and technological revolution,the circulation of agricultural product and by-product in the grain-producing area in baffling and the problem of hi-yield and poor county is very serious,agriculture producing,processing and selling are out of line with each other and benefit reds off severely,agriculture aperation is scattered and transfer of surplus labours is slow.All these above reasons require the development of agriculture industrialization. At present,in the grain-producing areas,some factors still restrict the development,relevant measures should be taken.
