| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是当前中国共产党和中国人民面临的重大时代课题和紧迫任务.社会主义和谐社会的提出,既有中国传统的文化资源,又有马克思主义唯物史观的理论基础.笔者从顺应全球化发展趋势、发展社会主义市场经济、解决国内诸多矛盾和实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标四个方面,论述建设社会主义和谐社会的必然性,并着重探讨和谐农村在构建和谐社会进程中的地位与途径.
