人血中微量硒的催化显色反应测定法研究

本文在人发中微量硒测定方法的基础上，研究了人体血液（全血）中微量硒的分光光度测定法，试验了加入试剂对吸光度的影响，用模拟人体血液消化液主要无机盐组成的混合标准溶液作工作曲线，用空白溶液的消化液扣除空白，用混合标准溶液的消化液测定转换系数，进一步消除了血液样品消化液的背景干扰，获得了满意的测定结果。

STUDIES ON SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE SELENIUM IN HUMAN BLOOD WITH CATALYTIC REACTION

On the basis of the determination methods about trace Selenium, a spectrophotometry of the trace Selenium in the human blood was studied. The effect of the additional reagents on the absorbance has tested. The work's curves were made using the mixed standard solution of the patterned digestive juice of human blood. The blank spots were deducted from blank digestive solution. The turn factors were measured with the mixed standard digestive solution. The background disturbances in the human blood sample were removed and satisfying results were obtained.
