| 摘 要： | 俞子夷是近代中国自学成才的教育家，在长期从教的职业生涯中，根据自己对教师职业的体会和认识，对传统教师观进行反思，在此基础上形成了自己独特的教师观念。其主要内容有：教师职业的专门性、教师观念的民主性、教师教育的终身性。俞子夷的教师观对教育改革以及教师专业化发展都具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Yu Ziyi is a self-taught educator in modern China. He contributed most of the time and energy to education, and did much reflection on the traditional concept of teacher on the basis of his experience till he formed his unique concept of teacher： speciality of teachers＇ vocation, democracy of the teachers concept, lifelongness of teachers＇ education. His concept of teacher is practically significant to education reform, as well as teachers＇ professional development. |
