| 摘 要： | 男女平等是我国的一项基本国策，服务型政府的建设必须以男女平等作为基本的考量。要实现为不同性别的人提供公平、优质和高效的服务，服务型政府应当在治理机构、服务职能、服务机制和服务流程的设计上进行特殊的设计。
