| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,被人们称之为社会中介组织的新的组织形式应运而生,并迅速崛起.我国的社会中介组织还与政府有着千丝万缕的联系,这是社会转型期的一种正常现象.随着市场经济的不断深入和发展,社会中介组织将会不断发展和成熟.协调好政府与社会中介组织之间的关系以及加强政府对社会中介组织的宏观管理具有重大的现实意义.
