| 摘 要： | 现时期党如何代表人民利益的问题,涉及到理念、政策和行为三个层面。只有牢固树立人民利益高于一切的执政理念,又把这种理念具体化为党的路线、方针、政策,并通过自己的实际行动维护、实现和发展好人民的根本利益,才能真正把代表人民利益的问题落到实处。

| Abstract: | The problem on the Chinese Communist Party of how to represent the people's benefits in the new period involves three levels,ideal, policy and practice. Only setting up the idea of heading the government firmly that the people's benefits are higher than everything, and making the idea reification to the line, principles and policies, and passing own actual activity to vindicate, realize and develop the people's basic benefits, the problem of how to represent the people 's benefits will be really carry out. |
