| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,我国电信运营业“上市”融资取得了可喜的成绩 ,但也存在一些值得注意的问题。基于此 ,在反思我国电信运营业“上市”成败的基础上 ,提出主动培育国内证券市场这一观点 ,以期有助于电信运营业未来融资策略的制定。
