国外对华反倾销的新趋势及对策

受全球金融危机影响,世界范围内的投资和贸易都出现了明显的下滑,许多国家纷纷采取各种贸易保护措施限制进口。在此背景下,我国与他国之间的贸易摩擦频频发生,出口产品遭受比以往更为频繁的国外反倾销调查,并面临着更多的制裁措施。本文从国外对华反倾销的背景入手,分析国外对华反倾销的新趋势,并提出打响"中国制造"品牌、提高应诉的主动性、政府要加强调控和监管等应对措施。

The Overseas Anti-dumping of Chinese Products: New Tendencies and Strategies

Affected by the global financial crisis,the whole worldwide investment and trade have been obviously falling.Many countries take all kinds of trade protectionist measures to limit import.Under this background,trade frictions occur frequently between China and other countries;the export products suffer more frequent overseas anti-dumping investigation and face more sanction measures than before.Based on such a background,this article analyzes the new tendency of overseas anti-dumping of Chinese products.The following strategies are proposed： 1.to win a good fame for the brand name ＂Made in China＂;2.to enhance the initiative in responding to complaint;3.to strengthen the government＇s regulation and control as well as supervision.
