| 摘 要： | 1904至1908年的《东方杂志》采取了非常特殊的“选报”体例。在当时各种官报、民报中并未出现一种足以成为为中国报界的代表刊物之际，《东方杂志》以民创报刊身份，通过淘选众报、驱为己用的“选报”体例，对于同一舆论空间中的众报论说进行选择性转载，并通过大量奏牍、章程等官方文书的刊载，试图树立本国报刊信用，成为一份“秘密社会”中的“开明刊物”，以营造一时之“国论”。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the Eastern Miscellany during the period of selective periodical from 1904 to 1908. At that time, there were no one kind of newspaper or magazine which represents Chinese publication media. The Eastern Miscellany published by Commercial Press,by the means of selecting many kinds of publications and reprinting official document such as Memorial to the throne and the regulation, it tried to build Contemporary Public Opinion. It also acted an important role of setting Chinese publication credit, and became an enlightened publication in a secret society. |
