| 摘 要： | 高校岗位津贴制度是教职工工资制度的重要组成部分。本文阐述了高校岗位津贴制度的指导思想、岗位津贴分配的主要原则,以某高校为例说明实施岗位津贴制度在稳定和吸引优秀人才、优化教师队伍结构、提高教师素质和教学科研质量等方面的积极作用,分析了高校岗位津贴分配中普遍存在的不足并提出完善措施。

| Abstract: | Job subsidies system is an important part of wage system at colleges and universities.The principles of job subsidies system and its positive effects on stabilizing and alluring brain,optimizing structure of the teaching staff,raising the teachers quality and teaching and research levels are discussed,in the light of the situation of practicing job subsidies system at a university.The problems existing in the present subsidies system and their improving measures are also analyzed. |
