Our Country's Intellectual Property System Arrangements and Countermeasures in the View of Economical Theory

As the technology factor has become more and more important in the economic development,the issue of intellectual property protection is being paid more attention to by all the countries in the world.This paper,directed by economic analysis law method,introduces economic models into the research of the problem.Furthermore,it uses the economic incentive model and the principal-agent model for the first time to analyse our country's intellectual property system arrangements and countermeasures.
