| 摘 要： | 中国的许多大学缺乏特色这是不争的事实,同样,中国的许多大学正在努力培育自己的特色也是不争的事实。一所学校要形成鲜明的办学特色,要有明确的办学指导思想,要准确把握办学特色的内涵,要结合学校办学实际凝炼和培育,更要靠校长鲜明的办学理念。

| Abstract: | Many universities in China lack of their own traits,also it is a fact that they are trying to cultivate their own traits.Forming the traits of running schools,universities must have a bright steering idea,understand the meanings of the traits and combine the facts of university to epurate and cultivate the traits,what's more,it must depend on the trenchancy ideas of school master in running schools. |
