| 摘 要： | 并购重组是现代企业扩大规模的重要途径，而目标企业的选择是其中的关键环节，研究它具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。在简单阐述了目标企业选择的重要性之后，提出一种从外部环境、内部资源、并购协同性三个方面选择目标企业的方法。

| Abstract: | Merge and acquisition is an important way to expand the size of modern enterprise.The crucial step in this process is the choice of target enterprises,which studies its theoretical and practical values.This paper starts with expounding the importance of choosing target enterprises,puts forward the method to choose from the three aspects of external environment,internal resources and M & A synergies.The method proposed in this paper is proved feasible by the practice. |
