| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the development and achievement of science and technology work in NCIT, this article expounds the practice of carrying out innovation thoughts and innovation strategies from the following viewpoints. That is to make a good plan for the development of science and technology; to strengthen the construction of scientific research base; to encourage innovation faculty; to promote the transform of achievements in scientific research. After making clear the thoughts for further development, it will make great effects to create a new situation in scientific and technological work. |
