| Abstract: | Wang Shi-mao is the person who introspected and innovated the literary style theory of Ming Dynasty's poetics. His revision about the literary style theory of the later seven Masters is mainly reflected on the three aspects below: Firstly, he opposed the rigid adherence to literary style. Secondly, he affirmed the slow changing and transition of literary style.Thirdly, he emphasized the plain and implicit Shenyun. |
