| 摘 要： | 建设科研项目介入平台是曹妃甸发展成先进的新型工业化的重要环节。论文通过构建曹妃甸科研项目介入平台,并重点围绕市场调节机制、创新机制和要素间的关联机制对平台的运行机制进行了研究,最后提出保障平台健康运行的措施。 |

| Abstract: | It is an important segment for developing advanced new industrialization to construct the scientific research projects intervention platform.This paper constructs Caofeidian scientific research projects platform, and focuses on market mechanisms,innovation mechanism and the elements relationship mechanism.Finally, it proposes safeguard measures for the platform to operate security. |
