| 摘 要： | 单词记忆一直是困扰英语学习者的主要问题,如何扩大词汇量,提高记忆效率成为当今英语教学和研究的焦点。运用教育心理学中有关记忆和遗忘规律的理论,提出记忆单词的关键是:深刻理解单词,及时复习,反复复习,增强信心,锻炼记忆。

| Abstract: | The memorization of English vocabulary is a major issue faced by English learners. How to expand vocabulary in an effective way has always been a focus in today' s English teaching and research. This article , from the perspective of memory and forgetting theory in modern educational psychology, puts forward the key factors leading to effective memory: deep understanding of vocabulary, reviewing in time and regularly, building up confidence of memorization. |
