| 摘 要： | SPARC是一种具有多种功能的小分子酸性糖蛋白,在机体内分布广泛。它是SPARC蛋白家族的一员,有FS、EC保守区。SPARC通过与胞外基质的相互作用表现出多种生物学活性,其中最主要的是调节细胞增殖和抗粘附作用。SPARC的这些功能对某些疾病过程如肿瘤的侵袭性、外伤的修复等起着重要的作用。SPARC的各种功能与其结构特征密切相关,但它的具体作用机制不明确,需要深入研究。本文就SPARC基因的结构特征、生理功能等方面问题进行了综述,并对SPARC基因的研究进行了展望。
