| 摘 要： | 随着我国人民物质生活水平的不断提高,文化建设与精神生产不能满足需求的矛盾越来越突出。文化是衡量一个国家发展水平的重要标志。在全面建设小康社会的进程中,我们应该结合文化发展自身的特点和规律,辩证地处理好文化建设中蕴涵着的文化取向与市场取向之间、文化继承与文化创新之间、民族文化与世界文化之间、文化主旋律与文化多样性之间的矛盾关系,从而促使社会主义文化的繁荣与进步。

| Abstract: | people long for the spiritual life more and more, while the material level of living is continually improved. Culture is an important symbol to measure the level of a country's development. In the course of building a well - off society in an all - round way, combining with the characteristics and law of culture development, we should handle dialectically the relation between culture - oriented and market - oriented, inheritance and development, borrowing and absorption, theme and diversity in culture construction to promote the prosperity and the progress of socialistic culture. |
