| Abstract: | The transition from placing documents on file to using computers marks a new stage of archive-keeping. File clerks should work towards the new goal and do their jobs well. They must have a far-sighted consciousness, be well aware of the characteristics of the transition stage and take countermeasures so as to reduce waste of labour, goods and money. |
