The Dress Culture Phenomena in Folk Grain Sacrifice Customs

As society gradually developed into the period when farming became the main source of food,people began to place mentally and physically more importance on the grains they were cultivating.In their praying for a good harvest and happy life,they created with rich imagination the images of the numen and the god of grain.People dressed them up in different styles of rich color and unique characteristic and thus developed specific clothing ornamentations,sacrificial ceremonies and cultures.This paper discusses the different customs and clothing cultures by comparing the folk grain sacrifice customs in various regions of the world.
