| 摘 要： | 现阶段宁夏的城市信息化整体水平与全国平均水平相比较，差距为29个百分点。制约宁夏城市信息化发展的关键性要素是：在线数据库和WWW站点拥有率太低；金融环境与现代市场经济、知识经济的发展不相适应；现代信息产业规模过小；城市居民信息消费水平过低。

| Abstract: | Compared with the average of the whole nation,the level of informationization in Ningxia cities is 29 percent lower at present.The key factors preventing informationization are as follows: the owning ratio of linear databank and WWW websites are too low;the financial environment,modern market economy and development of knowledge economy are incompatible;the scale of modern information industry is small;the information consumption of urban citizens is too low. |
