历代新疆兵屯发展及其对兵团的时代借鉴

新疆自古就是我国西北边疆的战略屏障。为了防御北方民族的侵扰,稳定河西,屯垦新疆成为历代统一王朝经略边疆的重要目标。凡有军兴,必有屯政,兵屯成为解除国家威胁最直接、最有效的途径和保障。因此,历代兵屯在西北边疆经略中发挥了戍边、保证军事后勤供应和稳定社会的作用,具有先行主导的重要战略价值。新中国成立后,由于进疆大军的生产建设,初步奠定了新疆军区生产建设兵团和新疆维吾尔自治区成立的物质基础和社会基础,为国家西北边疆安全、新疆行政管理制度建设和新疆经济社会发展发挥了时代作用。

The Development of Military Reclamation of Succesive Dynasties and Its Reference Value to XPCC

Since ancient times,Xinjiang has been a strategic barrier on the northwest frontier of our country.In order to prevent the the invasion of the ethnic groups in the north,military reclamation in Xinjiang has been an important goal for successive dynasties to administer the frontier.Strong army corps always brought reclamation.Military reclamation,which was the direct and most effective way to remove threat to the country,played a leading role in ensuring military provision and stabilizing society.So,military reclamation has important strategic value.After the People＇s Republic of China was founded,because of the production and construction on the part of the troops entering Xinjiang,preliminary material and social preparation for the foundation of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region was effected,playing an important role in the safty of the country＇s northwest frontier,the construction of the administration system in Xinjiang,and the economic and social development in Xinjiang.
