| Abstract: | According to the experience of running the High Voltage Technology Speciality in Chongqing University, this paper elucidates that the combination of universities, industries and research institutions is a successful way for developing a new speciality. It is also an efficient way to optimize cultivating talented persons and the certain trend to improve the level of running a university. |
