| 摘 要： | 社会阶层利益的冲突会使社会有机体的功能减弱,在摩擦中形成一种高成本,低效率的社会发展状态。当前我国社会阶层利益矛盾的化解机制相对弱化,如何对我国社会各阶层利益群体进行整合,优化社会的有机结构,使社会产生高度的凝聚力和向心力。成为我国构建和谐社会亟待解决的课题之一。

| Abstract: | Conflicts among different interest classes weaken the function of the social organism,making society in a state of high cost but low benefits.At present,the mechanism of our country of dissolving conflicts takes on a weak air.How to integrate different interest classes and optimize the social organism,making society have high cohesive and centripetal force is a problem of great urgency to our government. |
