| 摘 要： | 文章在理论分析的基础上对创新型人才进行了新的界定,对创新能力构成进行了解析;依据个案研究提出了创新型人才成长的5种模式,并据此提出依靠教育改革培养创新型人才自我修炼是一条有效途径,进而提出了创新型人才自我修炼的8个方面及其修炼方法。

| Abstract: | This article brings up a novel definition of innovative talents,with an analysis of the constituents of the innovational capabilities.Through several case studies,we bring up five general regularities of the growth of innovative talents.Accordingly,we point out that education reformation is not adequate for fostering innovative talents,while self-discipline is an effective approach.Then,we bring up eight self-disciplines for innovative talents. |
