| 摘 要： | 文章在分析我国外资银行监管现状及存在问题的基础上,研究西方发达国家对外资银行监管经验,在我国金融市场全面对外开放的情形下,对我国完善外资银行监管进行深入的思考,提出在对外资银行的监管中,应建立与其母国的信息交流机制,并在今后的立法中加以完善。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the experience about developed countries' supervision of foreign capital banks based upon the analysis of China's present situation and problems in this respect.This paper also offers an in-depth consideration of the improvement of China's supervision of foreign capital banks at the time when China's financial market is comprehensively open.When it comes to the supervision of this kind,the author makes a proposal that China should establish an information communication system with mother nations of foreign capital banks and the system should be improved in the future legislations. |
