| Abstract: | This paper presents the definition of both the strategic idea of urban construction and its meaning, and discusses the contents in details, which includes seven aspects. They are management and planning idea, environmental economy idea, comprehensive development idea, overall design idea, city decoration idea, people-based idea, city cultural idea and so on. |
