| 摘 要： | 加强政治共识建设,能对利益差异进行有力解释,对阶层差异进行弥补,建立在政治共识基础上的政治制度能促进社会和谐。目前政治共识建设面临诸多挑战,可以通过发展商谈民主、推动公民社会健康发展、实现政治制度与政治共识的融合、加强思想政治教育、加强基层党组织建设来建设政治共识,促进和谐社会的发展。

| Abstract: | Strengthening political consensus can explain the interest differences and make up the class differences effectively.The political system established on the political consensus can enforce the harmony of society.The political consensus construction faces many challenges at present.We should develop the deliberative democracy,guarantee the healthy development of civil society,promote the blending of political system and political consensus,and strengthen ideological and political education as well as the construction of grassroots party organizations. |
