Abstract:Market competiton has entered the age of service competition, with the focus of competition being turned to service. High-quality service has become a new source of profit for China' s enterprises. Accordingly, they should renew their concepts, adopt necessary measures and attach importance to the factor of service in marketing, so as to be more competitive in the face of the everchanging market competition.
