外来流动人口与社区道德建设

外来流动人口管理研究是近年来城市管理研究的一个重点和热点问题。农村外来人口的不断剧增给城市社区带来很大影响,本文从社区建设中居于“生命线”地位的社区道德建设着手,作一些尝试性的探讨。分析了外来流动人口剧增给社区道德建设带来的影响和当前社区道德建设与其不相适应之处,以及据此产生的几点相关思考。

the study on the management of ab extra floating popula-tion is a priority and hotspot issue.The sharp increase in the number of the ab extra floating population from rural area exerts a great influence over the urban community.I will conduct some preliminary discussion from the perspective of the community's moral construction which occupy an lifeline position in the com-munity construction,analyzing the influence exerted by the sharp increase in the number of ab extra population over the communi-ty's moral construction and the inconformity between present community's moral construction and it;and explain our views arising from it.
