The Consideration of Energy-Industry Development of the Western Exploitation

In the exploitation of the West,the development of the energy industry is restricted by the poor ecological environment ,lacking in education and sci-tech power,lack of talents,backward basic facilities and other factors.Therefore,in order to develop energy industry of the West some tactics should be taken to develop all kinds of education in the West,speed up construction of fundamental facilities and strengthen multiple-function construction for building enerygy-type cities.
